BLOGATHON for AFRICA!!

Today I am participating in an amazing cause - Blogathon for Africa! I went to Kenya and Tanzania in 1995, and it was definitly the trip of a lifetime for me (and the reason that I first beame interested in photography!!!) I wish I could be one of the photographers going to Africa to help...hmmmm, maybe if we raise enough $$ I can be!!Please help if you can:

Be a part of history! Today I am participating in the first ever “blo-gathon” to raise funds for the through their eyes africa pro-ject. Please go to their blog and give generously today. You can make a difference to some of the neediest people on earth in a very unique way, and we need your help.
This project will be sending a group of well known photographers into a remote part of Africa that has not received any help yet. The photographers will be mentoring young adults on how to take pictures so that we can get a look at their society “through their eyes”.
